Toshio Furukawa Biyografisi

Toshio Furukawa (古川 登志夫, Furukawa Toshio, 16 Temmuz 1946'da şu anda Tochigi şehrinin bir parçası olan yerde doğdu) Aoni Production'a bağlı bir Japon aktör, seslendirme sanatçısı ve anlatıcıdır. Kariyerinde Kagege (Keroro Gunso), Kai Shiden (Mobile Suit Gundam), Shin (Fist of the North Star), Asuma Shinohara (Mobile Police Patlabor), Piccolo (Dragon Ball), Ataru Moroboshi (Urusei Yatsura) ve Portgas D. Ace (One Piece) rolleriyle ünlendi. İlk seslendirme rolü Brave Raideen'deki bir askerdir. Toshio, Urusei Yatsura'dan Ataru ve Gosenzo-sama Banbanzai!'den Inumaru gibi komedyenlerden, Fist of the North Star'dan Shin ve Dragon Ball serisinden Piccolo gibi sakin, ciddi karakterlere kadar çeşitli karakterleri canlandırmış tecrübeli bir oyuncu. Dahası, Toshio bir "erkek çocuk sesiyle" performans sergileme yeteneğine sahiptir ve Saikyō Robo Daiōja'dan Prens Mito ve Future Robo Daltanius'tan Kento Tate gibi asil, sıcakkanlı kahramanları canlandırdı. Eski evcil hayvanı, adını Urusei Yatsura'dan Ataru Moroboshi'den alan Ataru'ydu (あたる). Ataru 2008 yılında on beş yaşında öldü ve aynı zamanda bir Shih Tzu'ydu. Her iki evcil hayvan için de saygı sayfaları hazırlandı.
